PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH IT. By using the Site, you ("you," "your," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access the Site.

3. Payment is due in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping; Risk of Loss

1. We ship to the destinations listed on the Site. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.

2. Title to Products and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

3. Delivery dates are estimates only; Tree Knights is not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied. Our Return Policy, posted separately on the Site, explains your rights and procedures for returning Products. Custom‑built wiring harnesses and special‑order items are generally non‑refundable unless defective.

7. Limited Product Warranty

Tree Knights warrants that new Products will be free from defects in workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation, modifications, racing or competition use, or damage caused by external factors. Your sole remedy is repair, replacement, or refund at our option.

8. Disclaimers

1. Technical Information Only – Not Professional Advice. The Content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional mechanical, electrical, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before installing or modifying any automotive wiring.
